TRAVEL/LODGING The meeting venue will be the Squaw Creek Conference Center. The
Hotel is a full service facility that offers an idyllic mountain setting.
Squaw Creek rests at the base of Squaw Valley USA, site of the 1960
winter Olympics, and just minutes from California's North Lake Tahoe.
Rooms
come with LCD flat-screen TVs and suites come with a kitchenette and
fireplace. Other amenities available
to guests are an 18-hole golf course, fly fishing center, heated swimming
pool, waterslide, scenic hiking and biking trails, on-site shopping
promenade, three distinct restaurants as well as other dining venues,
extensive meeting facilities, a full-service spa, a health and fitness

before and after the conference at this discounted rate for those who want to
come early or stay after the conference to enjoy the many recreational and
sightseeing opportunities in the Lake Tahoe, Reno and Sacramento areas. Reservations: Reservations can be made online at https://resweb.passkey.com/go/NAAMLP

If calling in a reservation, you will need to reference the “NAAMLP”
room block. At the time of reservation, the first night’s room rate will be
collected as a deposit.
Cancellation of your reservation can occur up to seven (7) nights
prior to the start of your stay. After
seven nights, the hotel will charge the full amount of your stay. Reservation
requests received less than thirty days prior to your arrival date will be
accepted on a space available basis, at the higher of the contract rate or
rate available at that time. Traveling by air: Squaw Valley is located on the northwest side
of Lake Tahoe, California. Flight arrangements can be made to arrive at Reno-Tahoe International Airport
(RNO) and Sacramento International
Airport (SMF). Travel time from
the Reno-Tahoe International Airport is approximately one hour. Rental cars, cabs, shuttles and regional
transit are available at this location.
Travel time from the Sacramento International Airport is approximately
two hours. Rental cars or train
transportation is available at this location.
Traveling by car: The Squaw Creek Conference Center can be
reached from either the Sacramento or the Reno area by Interstate 80. For maps of the Tahoe area including the

Squaw Creek Road Olympic
Valley, CA 96146 Note: The official address is
listed above and is located in Olympic Valley, CA where the 1960 winter
Olympics took place. Some
mapping programs will interchange Squaw
Valley for Olympic Valley. This should still get you to the right
place. If the mapping program gives
you two locations for Squaw Valley (there is one in Placer County and one in
Fresno County) choose the location in Placer County. From the Reno/Sparks area: Take the Interstate 80 east to Exit 185 (SR
89) toward Truckee. Take the third
exit on the first roundabout. Continue
straight through the next roundabout at follow (SR 89) south for 8.5
miles. Turn right onto Squaw Creek
Road and continue along this road for ½ mile.
Stay to the left to continue on Squaw Creek Road to the hotel. The self park area will be on the right
hand side as you approach the hotel. From the Sacramento area: Take the Interstate 80 west to Exit 185 (CA
89) toward Truckee. Take the third
exit on the first roundabout. Continue
straight through the next roundabout at follow (CA 89) south for 8.5 miles. Turn right onto Squaw Creek Road and

TThe North Lake Tahoe Express shuttle service from the Reno-Tahoe Airport to the Squaw Creek Conference Center is available for a discounted rate of $60 roundtrip (or $30 one-way). The Squaw Creek Conference Center offers
complimentary free self parking located down slope of the main
entrance to the hotel. Valet parking
is available for a $20 per night charge.

and Sacramento Airports. If renting a car from Reno-Tahoe Airport, be sure to
