Topics for the 2011 NAAMLP Technical Program can touch on many aspects of abandoned mines. A list of topics that will be presented at this year's conference can be download here.

GUIDELINES AND
INSTRUCTIONS TO PRESENTERS Prospective presenters are asked to submit
abstracts for papers or proposals for workshops or panel discussions.
Abstracts and workshop or panel discussion proposals should be
submitted in Microsoft Word format and should be 300 words or less. The abstract should include:

Presentation title ·
Presenter’s name,
title, organization or company, business address, phone number and email
address. Abstracts should be emailed to Presentations2011@conservation.ca.gov. The subject line should be your “Last Name” NAAMLP Abstract Submittal. Additional information and requirements for
submitting presentations will be updated once the selection process has been
completed. The 2011 NAAMLP plans to distribute a flash
drive containing all presentations to all conference attendees. If
your abstract is selected to become a presentation, you must submit
your presentation and biographical sketch to the above email address by no
later than September 16, 2011. Presentations received after this date may not be included
on the conference flash drive. Presentations must be in Adobe Acrobat (pdf)
format or Microsoft PowerPoint format. Presentations in other formats will be
returned for re-formatting. ACTION ITEMS and KEY
