NAAMLP 2011, Squaw Valley (Lake Tahoe), California
The California and Nevada Abandoned Mine
Programs are pleased to open the registration period for the 33rd Annual
National Association of Abandoned Mine Land Programs (NAAMLP) Conference,
Squaw Valley, California, October 9-12, 2011. You can complete the Registration
Form electronically, print and submit by mail with your payment or by fax. Charges will
be billed to your credit card.

Form should be printed and mailed
according to information provided on the form.
NOTE: the registration form may take a minute to load, please be patient.
You should start by reviewing the conference
registration options and prices listed below. If you have not already done
so, also visit the Tours &
Activities page for detailed
descriptions of the optional activities being offered in conjunction with the
conference and the Technical Tours page to determine your preferences for the field tours offered
on Tuesday, October 11th.
NOTE: A separate Registration
Form is required for each individual who will participate in any
conference meal, activity or tour.
This includes traveling family members or friends whose only
“interest” may be to attend the awards banquet or enjoy pre-conference or
Tuesday activities. We appreciate your
cooperation.
If you need to cancel your registration, please contact Debbie DuVall at 916-322-4143 on or before September 1, 2011 for a full refund. Cancellations will be accepted, but no refunds will be issued after September 1, 2011.

the Squaw Creek Conference Center. Go to the Travel/Lodging
page for more information. The NAAMLP 2011 Conference group rates are
available until September 9th.

Instructions for
completing the registration form
Each individual who will
participate in any conference meal, activity or tour must submit a separate registration
form.
- Part A: Personal Information - Complete
all fields in this Section.
- Part B: Registration Options - Select the appropriate option
to register for the conference. Indicate the meals you plan to attend
and your top 3 preferences for the Technical Tour. The cost of meals and
Technical Tour are included in the conference registration fee. If you
are not registering for the conference, but traveling with someone who
is, skip Part A and complete Part B.
- Part C: Meal Tickets - Complete Part B only
if you have not registered under Part A but want to attend meals, or if
you have selected a daily registration and want to attend the meal on
the evening before your registration.
- Part D: Optional Tours and Events - Select the optional
activities you want to attend. Please note that activities on Monday and
Tuesday conflict with the conference agenda and are intended for
travelers not registering for the conference.
- Part E: Payment Information - Complete
your payment information.
- Print and review your completed form using the button
in the lower right corner.
- The registration form and payment must be mailed to the address provided at the bottom of the form.

Student Registration |

Same as full conference
registration but must present student ID at the registration desk to
confirm eligibility for the student discount rate. |

Guest Registration |

Limit one guest per full
conference registrant. Guest registration entitles you to all of the same
meals and functions as the full conference registration. Guest registrants
will receive a reduced set of the conference handouts and complimentary
items, while supplies last. |
